同时，为了迎接即将到来的中秋佳节，双语小学部举办了一次别开生面的“生生结对”的活动，高年级段的学生到低年级段的学生班级，以结对子的方式，进行手工艺品——中秋花灯的制作。
At the same time, in order to meet the upcoming Mid-Autumn festival, bilingual primary school held a unique activity of "students work in pairs", students from the senior section to the junior section of the students,they work in pairs to make the handicrafts—— Mid-Autumn lanterns.
首先，老师们给孩子讲解了中秋节的由来，以及中秋花灯的意义。紧接着，老师们就将制作材料发给了同学们，让同学们自己以探究的方式摸索制作。

高年级的孩子们模仿起老师的样子，主动承担起了小老师的任务。“小老师”们先看制作说明，再手把手地指导弟弟妹妹们，遇到自己也不懂的问题时，主动找老师帮忙。低年级的弟弟妹妹们从一开始的手忙脚，到后面的气定神闲，都离不开哥哥姐姐们的一旁协助。
