近日，无锡外国语学校国际课程中心的师生员工赴素质教育拓展基地——江扬天乐湖进行社会实践。
来到扬州后，同学们在教练的带领下进行啦一系列的素质拓展活动。这些活动通过信任训练、沟通训练、领导力训练、自信心训练、心里突破训练等，全面挖掘和提升了同学们的各项综合能力。同时，拓展训练实行分组活动，强调集体合作。力图使每一名学员竭尽全力为集体争取荣誉，从集体中吸取巨大的力量和信心，在集体中显示个性。在活动中，同学们结识了更多小伙伴，也纷纷为解决问题贡献出自己的一份力量。自炊午饭和篝火晚会这两项活动则让所有人都融进了集体的大家庭中。最后的自由活动时间，同学们畅游了游乐园的各种精彩项目，用相机记录了一个个精彩的瞬间。
On November 28, 29 and 30, the teachers and students of the International Curriculum Center of Wuxi Foreign Language School went to Tianle Lake, the base of quality education development for social practice.
The students carried out a series of quality development activities under the guidance of the coach. Through trust training, communication training, leadership training, self-confidence training, psychological breakthrough training and so on, these activities comprehensively excavated and enhanced the students' comprehensive abilities. Every student strove for honor , gained tremendous strength and confidence from the collective, and showed their ability in the cooperation. During the activities, students met more partners, and contributed their own strength to solve the problems. Self-cooked lunch and bonfire evening party were two activities that made everyone feel like families. At last, the students enjoyed various wonderful events in the amusement park and recorded many wonderful moments with their cameras.

此次组织学生赴江扬天乐湖进行社会实践拓展活动是外国语国际课程中心与蜂鸟特训工作室合作为学生设计的。活动开阔了学生的视野，磨练了学生的意志，陶冶了学生的性情，培养了学生的观察思考和动手实践能力，也让学生在紧张的学习之余有了难忘的放松身心的时光。
The trip is designed for students by the International Curriculum Center of Wuxi Foreign Language School and the Hummingbird Training Studio. Activities broadened students' horizons, tempered students' will, cultivated students' ability of observation and let them enjoy unforgettable relaxation time after tense learning.
